Here is an average weeks menu. My menu changes weekly and is very defendant on what is seasonal and the weather. Impromptu picnics are always Fun What doesn't change is the fact that all meals and snacks are homemade and healthy.


Monday

Breakfast   Porridge with apple puree
Snack        Raisins and cheese
Lunch        Chicken drumsticks and potato salad
Snack        Banana bread

Tuesday

Breakfast    Toast with homemade jam, peanut butter or soft cheese
Snack         Yogurt
Lunch          Macaroni and cheese with hidden vegetables
Snack         Grapes

Wednesday

Breakfast    Cereal of choice and milk
Snack         Oatcakes, ricecakes or corncakes with cheese and apple
Lunch         Chicken sandwich and soup
Snack         Fruit salad

Thursday

Breakfast    Pancakes and fruit
Snack         Grapes and cheese
Lunch         Spaghetti Bolognese
Snack         Fruit Loaf and butter


Friday

Breakfast    Omelette with ham and cheese
Snack        Toast with mashed banana
Lunch         Pork and chickpea stew
Snack        Custard with fruit compose
